Key responsibilities：
Assisting in originating and analyzing investment opportunities throughout the investment process:
- Monitoring the trend on a global scale, collecting economic and marketing data and relevant third-party report, establishing investment framework.
- Investigating both private and public sectors companies; support the team in completing and submitting the investment proposals.
- Ensuring quality and content of materials (financial models, valuation analysis, due diligence, investment memorandums etc.).
- Assisting Managing Directors and Project Leaders in negotiations and transaction documentation process.
- Developing and presenting internal memoranda and investment presentations
Desired experience and characteristics:
2017 Bachelor/Master/MBA graduate. Major in Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Financial Engineering and Statistics etc.
Well-organized self-starter who can manage a range of competing priorities and projects.
Strong judgment, critical thinking and written skills; ability to articulate and present ideas effectively both verbally and in written form.
Excellent leadership, management and interpersonal skills
Complete fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English. Fluency in other languages (eg. Hebrew, Portuguese,Japanese etc.) would be a plus
Development Objective:
Through intensive project training and development, you will become an essential member of the investment team within 3 years and would be capable of undertaking investment related work independently. You’ll have future development options in either professional or managerialrole with the ultimate goal to be aninvestment Managing Director or a General Manager of a business.
