1. Back End Developer
We are looking for a highly motivated developer to join our growing backend team.
In this position, you will help MODELO developing a high performance backend for our US and global markets. Our backend would require frequent data downloading and data syncing between different regional storage.
Our customers are mainly industrial and architectural designers, so we deal with large amount of 3D data! You will work closely with experienced computer graphic engineers in our team. There is just lots of fun! Our team is in Boston and Shanghai, our Boston office is next to IDEO, and we got everything you need to feel comfortable working!
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience building web services
* Experience with concurrency, multi-threading, or asynchronous programming
* Experience with data sync between database,regional storage, knowledge of content delievery system
* Experience with our current stack - node.js, MongoDB, Redis, AWS
* Experience with Agile, Scrum development, knowledge of Jira,Git.

2. Front End Developer
DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly motivated developer to join our growing front end team.
In this position, you will help MODELO develop a series of intuitive web frames including project management site, portfolio site etc. Our company is founded by designers, so we highly appreciate design! You will collaborate closely with our design team! We see creating a great user experience as our NO.1 priority.
Requirements:
* Write high-performance, reusable, modular code
* Extensive experience with object-oriented JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
* 3-5 years of experience building large-scale web applications
* Strong understanding of JavaScript development patterns, such as modules, event delegation, inheritance and closures
* Solid understanding of the full web stack (e.g. HTTP, headers, caching, etc.)
* Familiarity with at least one of MVC frameworks.
* Familiarity with responsive design
* Familiarity with Git
