Data Analyst 

Job Description: 

1.Undertake the analysis, mining and displaying of data for different business apartments of Group. 

2.Build management and operation system of data analysis. 

3.Maintain the development of strategy and explore the basic data in lower level including online data and space, user and service of offline. 

4.Build data life-period management supported by some technical platforms. (such as IOT, User Contact, VIP, Payment, Customer Service and so on…) 

Job Requirement: 

1. Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques 

2.Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets. 

3.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. 

User interactive experience designer 

Job Description: 

1. Assist the leader in performing user behavior study and make design recommendations by analyzing research results. 

2.Participate in process requirements,generates service blueprints,journey maps, personas and other service deliverables. 

3. Participate in Prototyping and iteration 

4. Collaborate with design and development teams to understand relevant technology requirements and functions. 

Job Requirement:

Product Manager 

Job Description: 

Be responsible for owning and driving the product requirements stemming from direct customers, with key responsibilities of owning all aspects of product definition (requirements gathering, user experience design, engineering requirements, roadmap prioritization, team management (mentoring others on the team), outbound marketing (training and adoption), and direct customer engagements and operations. 

Job Requirement: 

1. Demonstrated ability to succeed in delivering high-impact technology products/solutions/services in a traditional industry  

2. Ability to prioritize well, communicate clearly, and understand how to drive a high level of focus and excellence with a strong, talented, opinionated team

Job Description:

Software Development Engineer 

Job Description: 

1. Participate in the product project team and work closely with product managers, architects, and front-end engineers to complete the development and application of innovative digital products;                                                                                                 

2. Responsible for the detailed design and development of the software product system to ensure high quality delivery; 

Job Requirement: 

1.Excellent grasp of fundamental computer science knowledge, good at solving complex technical problem;                                                                       

2.Good communication skills and learning agility, and have a strong interest in the field of digital innovation technology;
