Nose Seiko is a world leading needle roller bearing manufacturer headquartered in Osaka, Japan. Formally established in 1964, the Company had launched the world's first stainless steel needle roller bearings in 2011.

Do you know "bearings"?
Bearings are essential machine elements. The are the heart of machines. Without them, machines will easily breakdown in a very short time, even in few seconds. Nose Seiko is specialized in one type of bearings called "Needle Roller Bearings." This type of bearings are superior in load capacity, and are thinner & lighter for improved installing efficiency. Therefore, they are widely used in manufacturing industries. Also, Nose Seiko developed the first standardized "Stainless Steel" needle roller bearings. The anti-corrosion feature of stainless steel makes our bearings suitable for use in environment that requires a high standard of factory hygiene, such as food & beverage, medical, and semiconductor industries.
「R＆D Center: The Brain of Nose Seiko」
The Research and Development Center located in Osaka headquarter, is the brain of Nose Seiko. Inside, we have adopted an open style lab and office where employees can openly work, communicate, and conducts experiments. The R&D Center has the latest testing machines and apparatus for conducting various researches and experiments. This is where our IoT systems (both software and hardware including IoT sensors), and manufacturing robots were created and tested.

Nose Seiko has unique human resource development in the sense that we see every single employee as our most unique and valuable asset, not just one of the many. Through our "certificate support" program, the Company provides financial and training support to help employees improve on technical knowledge and skills through acquiring certificates and organizing various study seminars. We expect our engineers to be multi-skilled and support them fully to achieve this goal so that they can excel in variety of projects, and anticipate future challenges. Some common certificates earned by our employees include CG-ARTS Image Processing Certification, JSA QM/QC Examination, JAVADA Metal Heat Treatment Certification, etc. In addition, Nose Seiko received New Diversity Management Selection 100 Award in 2018 for our achievement in striving towards workforce diversity. Almost 50% of our employees in R&D center and Global Marketing & Sales team are from outside of Japan.
