1. Management Trainee
About the program:
New Oriental Group Management Trainee program by Yu Minhong as the general mentor, is designed for the global graduated talents. Project training lasts for 2 years. Our objective is to cultivate the integrated manager of New Oriental Group and its affiliated business. Under the unified training plan, the two-year training period is divided into four stages. In the subordinate organizations, the group executives or senior manager serve as the instructors to carry out the training program and accomplish your rotation process. In the training program, the Group provides a full range of training support, including centralized training, learning exchange, group leadership forum, on-the-job training, online learning, testing and evaluation.
We need you:
-Study abroad, better major in English, education, marketing or psychology;
-Experience in overseas projects or training projects is preferred;
-If you have previous working experience, it should last no more than one year;
-Good command of English speaking, reading, writing, good language skills;
-Excellent, continuous learning ability, desire for success, sustained passion;
-Excellent communication, coordination ability and team awareness, excellent ability to adapt and compression;
-With a keen insight, a clear logic of thinking, a unique perspective.
2. IELTS/ TOEFL/ GRE/ GMAT/ AP/ ACT/ SAT Teacher
Location: Shenzhen, Shanghai, Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou and other cities in China
3. Trainee (Vision Overseas/Primary School/Secondary School/Overseas Test Preparation)
4. (Vision Overseas) Senior Consultant for North America/Europe/Australia
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with students who are applying for foreign institutions, providing professional and comprehensive consulting services.
- Designing reasonable and effective scheme according to the backgrounds of students.
- Guiding students to prepare and complete the application, visa process and documents.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major is not limited, oversea experience is preferred.
- Excellent learning ability, communication skills and affinity.
- Proficiency in English speaking and writing, TOEFL 90, IELTS 6.5 or above is preferred.
- Teaching or consultant experience is preferred, be able to bear pressures on work.
